Wandering Meadows is where country living meets the freedom to build something truly your own. Imagine a little more sky, a little more quiet, and plenty of room for the home you’ve been dreaming about, plus the shop, pool, outdoor living space and backyard to go with it. It’s room for kids and dogs to run, evenings outside, and neighbors who aren’t right outside your window.

With utilities in place and homesites ready, you can get right to the fun part. Our open approved-builder program lets you work with the builder that fits your vision, while thoughtful covenants help protect the beauty, quality, and character of Wandering Meadows for years to come.
