"Finding the right house and buying is one of the more difficult transactions there are. That said, in my particular situation I had 2 houses to sell originally and wanted to buy. Giving Nick the info on what I was looking for he immediately began pulling houses that fit my situation. In many cases, questions would arise, as example, I have a daughter that needs certain classes that are not offered at all schools. Before I looked myself (which I felt was my task) Nick already had all the info I needed. This is an example of many times Nick knew my situation and went above and beyond to get information that pertained to what I was looking for. He frequently exceeded my expectations and previous experiences I had with other Realtors®. Nick also gave great advice, he has an incredible amount of knowledge about Real Estate and shares his insightful opinion. He ended up selling one of my houses and recommended I rent the other, which was a great idea for my situation but meant less commission for him. Regardless of his pay he still guided me through the steps necessary to complete and how to set up my rental. Would I recommend Nick? Yes! and have already, when I need to buy or sell in the future he will most certainly be my Realtor®."

Through all of this; he had to communicate by long-distance phone calls, and emails, and even deal with wiring money from state to state because that was the preferred method of our out-of-state old-fashioned credit union.
